Team
Ashutosh Deshpande
Ashutosh is a Chartered Accountant, DISA and has also completed certificate course in IND AS and Concurrent Audit of Banks. He has 32+ years of experience in direct tax, financial restructuring, Accounting, insurance and finance fields while working for various multinational companies. His last assignment was with Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd as Sr General Manager – Direct Taxation, where he was in charge of tax planning (domestic and international), advising on the structuring the organization's operations to maximize tax benefits within the framework of tax laws, and on proposed business agreements for achieving the best tax results. Ashutosh represented the Kirloskar group companies on tax matters with various legislative and administrative authorities.
Sanjeev Kulkarni
Sanjeev is a Chartered Accountant and has also completed certification for appointment as Independent Director by IICA. He has 25 years of extensive post qualification experience covering areas of accounting, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions & MIS. His last stint was as Group Head of Finance for Logistics Company based in Pune.
He has worked in reputable companies in various sectors such as Steel, Energy & Environment, Automotive, Financials, Diesel Engines & Diesel Generators, Engine Castings and Logistics.
Sanjeev has functional expertise in the areas of Accounting, Consolidation of Group Accounts, MIS, design & implementation of Accounting Policies & Procedures, Financial Strategy, Internal Audit, Board Review, Risk Management, M&A. He has also gained experience in the areas of Organization Structuring, ERP implementation and Project Evaluation.
